This term refers to the process whereby a person keeps their assets immune from civil judgments of any sort whether from a family court, civil court or other civil action. By immune we mean that there is no way for the judgment to be collected. There are no identifiable assets to garnish, lien, liquidate, auction, seize, grab, etc.
