All money wires to CI shall be charged a 3% legal and documentation fee. Any and all taxes are subject to a 5% Guatemala income tax and such amount shall be refunded to clients accounts after 30 days, if such 5% is withhold and no taxes are required. Offshore income and money wires are usually never required.
