CRIMINAL ALERT $50,000 Reward.  Don't be duped by these 2 criminals on the run from several nations.  These 2 criminals have arrest warrants and are considered armed and  dangerous. The criminals alleged that the former chairman of Cutino  International, Marcos Cutino, personal friends with several Latin  American Presidents, cabinet officials, many members of congress and  senators and esteemed worldwide bankers/businessmen and just plain ole rich people.

These 2 criminals so-called BLOGS, has called our law firms and our former chairman; MAFIA, and Mr. Cutino is Living under an assumed name in Guatemala, and  everyone working for Cutino is organized crime. CI law firms and worldwide banking operations represents some of the most powerful and rich people on earth, who investigates everyone they do business with..... as would you.... This is just pure  ranting of 2 or maybe one criminally insane woman, called Bethann Schielder her other so called partner is Christopher John Welty, both from florida who embezzled over $38,000,000. from elderly victim via mortgage fraud scheme. Both are on the run from police/prosecutors in several nations. These  2 criminals may be involved in yet another major scam to defraud the  public, as police have informed CI investigators, that Bethann has opened up a few website offering the same services as CI.

Mr. Welty is consider a criminal specialist in internet crime and used cyber attacks to close down many of our law and banking operations, for sometimes several hours, which is yet, another crime. And while our websites were closed down by their cyber attacks, called and demanded extortion of $5,000,000. to one of Mr. Cutinos private cell phones, whom they paid a secretary in CI $500 for, and she was caught and fired the next day. They are truly dangerous criminal con artist, whom according to the news  media in Florida stole/embezzled/swindled elderly victims and  mortgage companies out of $38,000,000. THIRTY EIGHT MILLION DOLLARS. 

Bethann claimed to be super rich, by the fact, her super rock star  brother had died and left her hundreds of million dollars. All lies, off course!!  How the got to CI, they/ Chris*Bethann/ had ask another law  firm over the internet to refer her and Chris to the most honest and  reliable private banker and law firm in Latin American, which is the  multibillion dollar private banking empire of Cutino International,  with hundreds of worldwide affiliate law and banking institutions. Without Mr. Cutinos knowledge Chris and or Bethann, sent a few hundred  thousand to CI, without CI approval and no advanced knowledge of CI. CI management and attorneys tried to find out the  peoples names, so the money could be sent back these funds, as by law CI must file documents of all wires over $10,000, CI had not agreed  to represent these 2 criminals. It took CI investigators 5 days to  track down, Mr. Welty, whom claimed to be a former FBI agent/MD/ retired Navy Admiral/ Airline  Captain, and only God knows what else Christoper John Welty thinks he is all these things, but that who he first said he was a medical doctor, and needed tax  protections via offshore tax/estate planning.

Chris apologized for  sending several hundred thousand dollars to CI without our permission. Luis Garcia, our banking agent ask me to talk to this possible new client. The real story is, Chris and Beth were under court orders not  to remove any of the conartist criminal funds, but without reguards of a court order sent some of these stolen/embezzled monies to CIA  worldwide firms. These 2 criminally insane idiots sent the money from a bank account in which victim of their criminal/civil theft/embezzlement had sent their hard earned money to-------- thus the police/federal agents in Florida, and all over the world begun a legal investigation of Mr. Cutino and CI attorneys bankers and very moral moms and dads whom work for CI and it's associate banks. Of course, CI, Mr. Caution and all it's employees/officials were cleared of ant wrong doing, and certainly no criminal violations...

Meanwhile, the 2 criminals went on the run from the police and prosecutors. They contacted CI from Mexico and demande  the stolen money be sent to a Mexican law firm. We ask that they go and get official stamps from the USA Consul General in Cancun, Mexico, so we could verify their true identity. CI notified Beth and Chris that we knew that the money came from money laundering/theft, and we would have no alternative but to return the money to the rightful owners and or any government agency that makes a showing of legal claim... After this, came murder threats against men, women and babies associated with the Panama attorney, then our employees and terrorist threats against Mr. Caution his grand children, official and friends.

Bethann/Chris sent a hit man to Guatemala, but our intelligence and the police in Guatemala caught this gangster and was arrested, but later released after he gave a full statement against Bethann, The hit man said she is crazy, and carries automatic weapons, and planned on killing Mr.Cutino and his Associate and their wives and children. In her criminal mind, the money she has swindled/stole was hers... She and Chris are criminally insane and remain on the run from police to this very day, but with the public support, we can remove these violent and dangerous people from the streets.

These 2 crazy blogs created in their sick minds, only tell us as good moral business people, to never underestimate a criminals mind, lies and evil ways. These 2 dumb blogs have been up for about a year, and every official in the world  has seen MR. Cutino And Mr. Bidermans and our grand children and  family and friends, photos. Herein, is photos of Bethann and Chris, they have  changed their names several times, dyed their hair black/brown and red,  Chris has shaved his head. They were spotted, in Cabo San Lucas,  Cancun, Columbia where they hired their hitman turned informant,  Portugal, Spain, Panama, Guatemala, etc. where they escaped across the  boarder just in time, Interpol believes Bethann is in Europe, may be  Italy under the name Diane Sheppart/ Chris got smart and dumped her  before she killed him, according to Chris' son...

Please do not  approach either of these 2 criminals, contact the local police, and  tell the police they are wanted by Interpol. Federal police in  Guatemala, Panama, Mexico, Columbia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Florida Attorney General/USA for  murder, conspiracy to murder the President/children/ cocaine and a host  of other felonies. Just give your name to the police and contact us  for the $50,000. reward.

And most of all , thanks to our wonderful  clients and friends of the past 30-40 years and the consistent help.  Our firms have only grown since these criminal loons started this  stupid photo show and crazy blog lies against one of the most respected and  publicly known men in Latin America, who still goes to his office every  day, and eats in the same cafes for 40 years. Some of our low paid  employees accepted bribe money from these 2 monsters, which was cause  for deep sadness on behalf of the entire Cutino family worldwide.

Our  business is to protect and help people, many times for free, so this  is very hard to handle 2 criminal clients, that really are criminally  insane, according to police and their police records are loaded with bad crimes.  We don't wish anyone harm in the world, but these 2 need help, that may  only be available in a insane asylum or prison mental health programs and away from the public so they cannot hurt any one else.
